Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within a maximum of 48 business hours from the moment they are placed and payment is received.

Delivery within Poland

• Raben pallet transport – half pallet – 185 PLN (up to 400 kg)
• Raben pallet transport – euro pallet – 240 PLN (up to 400 kg)

After dispatch, the tracking number is automatically sent to the email address.

International Shipping (EU)

Zone 1 (Core): Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania – half pallet from 60 EUR, euro pallet from 90 EUR.

Zone 2 (Baltic / Central EU): Latvia, Estonia, Austria, Hungary, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Denmark – half pallet from 100 EUR, euro pallet from 125 EUR.

Zone 3 (South & Far EU): France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia – half pallet from 135 EUR, euro pallet from 170 EUR.

Zone 4 (Remote / Islands): Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta – half pallet from 190 EUR, euro pallet from 240 EUR.

Personalized and made-to-order products

According to Article 38 point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products prepared to individual order or according to the customer's specifications.

Complaints

In case of defects, shortages, or damages occurring during transport, please report a complaint. Please provide the order number, description of the problem, and – if possible – photos.

The complaint processing time is up to 14 calendar days.

Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of product delivery, provided the goods have not been used, assembled, or unpacked.
