Which colour to choose — Green or Blue?
Both versions are functionally identical — the same trolley, the same 267 tools, the same 12-month warranty. Colour choice is a matter of preference or practicality: in workshops with several mechanics it's worth mixing colours to make identification easier (who is working from which trolley). Both Green and Blue are in stock.
How long is the Wöhrstahl warranty and what does it cover?
The Wöhrstahl manufacturer warranty is 12 months (1 year). It covers material and manufacturing defects of the trolley and all 267 Cr-V steel tools. If a tool breaks during normal use — we replace it at no cost to you. You also have the right to the EU statutory warranty for 24 months (EU Directive 1999/44/EC). If you prefer a longer warranty — check out JBM or Force (3 years commercial warranty).
How does it differ from the UltraToolz Pro 7/7 or FTools 12/12?

Can I add specialist tools to the Wöhrstahl?
All 7 drawers are fully loaded, but with intensive use you can replace some tools with specialist ones. In our shop you will find pneumatic impact wrenches, BPW sockets for lorries, multimeters, torque wrenches and other specialist tools.
Is the trolley delivered assembled?
Yes — the trolley is delivered largely assembled. You only need to fit the castors (tools included, approx. 10–15 minutes). Drawers are already mounted on the slides, tools in the foam inserts — ready to use straight out of the box.
How is a 74 kg trolley delivered?
Delivery by courier or freight in 2–3 business days. Depending on the carrier — delivery to the ground-floor door or with lift access. We will contact you before delivery to agree on the details.
Do we issue VAT invoices for businesses?
Yes — VAT invoices are issued automatically. For EU companies with a VAT UE number, intra-Community supply without VAT is possible (reverse charge).
What if the trolley arrives damaged?
Check the packaging when receiving from the carrier. If the box is damaged — draw up a damage report with the driver and contact us on the same day. We will send a replacement at our cost.
