Why JBM and NorvexTools
Full service in a single cycle
From connecting the hoses to printing the report — in automatic mode the station runs every step on its own. Here's how it looks in practice:
1
Connected in a minute
You plug the HP/LP quick couplers straight onto the car's service ports — no tools needed.
2
Refrigerant recovery — 95%
The station extracts the gas and used oil, monitors system pressure — and after recovery it checks for 3 minutes that nothing is left behind.
3
Vacuum and leak test
The 60 l/min pump evacuates the system, and the vacuum test detects a leak before you release the expensive refrigerant.
4
Oil and UV dye
Automatic dosing of fresh oil and UV dye, which later makes it easy to find a leak with a lamp.
5
Charging by the vehicle database
You pick the make and model — the station doses exactly the amount of refrigerant the carmaker specifies.
6
Report for the customer
The built-in printer issues a service confirmation with your workshop's details — proof of the work done.

One workstation for pre-2017 cars and the latest hybrids — no second machine in the bay and no re-plumbing the workshop.

Full automatic — plug in and collect a finished service
Automatic mode runs the whole cycle unattended: recovery, vacuum, leak test, oil and charging. Meanwhile you do other work. You can also run each phase separately — when you need e.g. recovery only.
- Full automatic or phases one by one — you decide
- Refrigerant recovery 95% — less loss of expensive gas
- The station watches the process and finishes the cycle itself

A 7-inch touchscreen guides the whole service
A clear icon menu: recovery, vacuum, charging, automatic. A new employee masters it in half an hour. In the frame: the language selection screen — English is on the list.
- Interface in English (over 24 languages to choose)
- Vehicle database: make → model → ready refrigerant amount
- Database update via USB — flash drive included

R134a and R1234yf — one station instead of two
You'll service pre-2017 cars (R134a) and newer ones, including hybrids and EVs (R1234yf), without buying a second unit. The set includes a full set of couplers, cylinder adapters and configuration labels for both refrigerants.
- R134a + R1234yf couplers and labels in the kit
- Hose flush ports when changing oil type
- Refrigerant-change procedure described in the manual and video

Built for daily work, not occasional jobs
Working pressure up to 20 bar, operation in the 0–50°C range. The heated 10 l internal cylinder keeps the charging rate high even in a cold hall — a cold workshop doesn't slow the service.
- Heated 10 l cylinder — charging up to 2 kg/min (max.)
- Drier filter with a reserve for 100 kg of refrigerant
- Manual purging of non-condensable gases

Calibration and checks you do yourself — no service call needed
You calibrate the tank scale, the oil bottles and the pressure sensor from the menu with any 1 kg weight (not included). The station reminds you about maintenance itself, and you'll find spare parts in the JBM catalogue.
- Calibration from the menu — step-by-step procedure
- Maintenance reminders on the screen
- Spare parts and filters available in the JBM catalogue

Frequently asked questions
Is the station ready to work right after delivery?
Almost. Before the first start, release the scale's transport lock (a screw under the unit — shown in the manual and the manufacturer video), otherwise the scale may under-read recovery. Then the first filling of the tanks and a check of the couplers per the manual — about 30 minutes in total. The vehicle database is preinstalled; you load updates via USB.
Will it handle hybrids and electric cars?
Yes — hybrids and EVs use R1234yf (standard since 2017). The vehicle database includes Tesla Model 3/Y, BYD Atto 3, Mercedes EQ, BMW i3/i4, VW ID.3/ID.4, Hyundai Ioniq 5/6, and you load updates via USB. Note: cars with an electric compressor run on POE oil — before changing the oil type, flush the hoses through the hose flush ports (procedure in the manual).
How often is the drier filter replaced?
The filter has an autonomy of up to 100 kg of filtered refrigerant. In an average workshop (4–5 services a day) that's a replacement once every 12–15 months. Replacement filters are available in the JBM catalogue.
Do you issue an EU-VAT invoice (0% VAT) for companies?
Yes — we issue an EU VAT invoice automatically. For EU companies with a valid EU-VAT number, sale with 0% VAT is possible (reverse charge).
What if the station arrives damaged?
Check the packaging on receipt from the carrier. If the box is damaged — draw up a damage report with the driver and write to us the same day. We'll send a replacement at our expense.
Does the station have a refrigerant analyser?
No — an analyser is not part of the set (it isn't listed in the manufacturer's data; the same applies to most stations in this class). In workshop practice, before recovery you check the car's service history and the system pressures. An external analyser can be bought separately and connected before recovery.
Who it's for: car workshop · A/C service · fleet service · mixed workshops (older + new cars)For occasional, hobby use this is professional-grade equipment — more than you need.
