Withdrawal – consumers

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the day on which they acquired physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before it expires – by e-mail to contact@norvextools.eu or in writing to the address below. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not obligatory. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the statement.

A self-employed natural person for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature may exercise the right of withdrawal on the same terms as a consumer (Art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

Business orders

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers and does not cover purchases made by businesses in the course of their business activity. Returns of business orders are possible only by prior agreement with our team – we consider each case individually. Write to us at contact@norvextools.eu.

Return costs and arrangements

The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Goods delivered on a pallet (equipped tool trolleys and cabinets, workshop furniture, lifts, A/C service stations, tyre changers) are returned the same way: secure them on the pallet and send them via a freight forwarder. Please contact us before shipping – we will help choose a carrier and give you the warehouse address.

Condition of returned goods

The goods should be complete and not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The buyer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond such a check.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered in the shop, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until proof of return has been supplied, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method that the buyer used.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalised – for example, workshop fittings cut to the dimensions of a room. This does not apply to standard catalogue products, including those available in several configurations.

Complaints and transport damage

Please report defects, missing parts and transport damage to contact@norvextools.eu with the order number, a description of the problem and photos. We respond within 14 days; if we do not respond to a consumer's complaint within this period, it is deemed accepted.
