Questions before ordering

How do you deliver 462 kg on two pallets, and what does it cost?
Pallet shipping: 350 zł within Poland, €80 to other EU countries, Norway and Switzerland, €150 to Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, the Canary Islands, Madeira and the Azores. We confirm the dispatch date after you order. USA and Canada — we do not ship; United Kingdom — order via WhatsApp.
Does the furniture need assembling?
The furniture arrives partly assembled on a pallet. Full assembly takes 2–4 h for 1–2 people with basic tools; JBM instructions are included.
What is the warranty and how do I report a fault?
3-year JBM warranty on all 8 items — material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, modifications or non-original parts. You report a fault to us, quoting the item’s catalogue number.
Can I buy without VAT (0% EU VAT)?
Yes — an EU company with an active VAT number in VIES buys at 0% VAT (reverse charge). Norway and Switzerland — export; import charges are paid by the recipient.
Can I buy only part of the set?
The set is a single item and we do not split it. Separately we sell SERIE446, the 2 t crane, the transmission jack and the impact wrench (as parts). The trolley jack, axle stands, vacuum cleaner and creeper — only in the set.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Check the pallets in the driver’s presence, note any damage in the carrier’s report and take photos. Then write to us — we handle the claim with the carrier and order the damaged item from JBM by its catalogue number.
Does the wrench really deliver 1000 Nm?
1000 Nm is the loosening torque. Tightening — up to 850 Nm. The case contains a 4.0 Ah battery and a 4 A charger; the 2.0 Ah battery (60012) does not fit.
How many EVA modules are there and what is in them?
One set: 4 modules, 172 tools — 108 sockets and accessories 1/4″ + 1/2″, 25 spanners, 30 screwdrivers and hex/Torx keys, 9 hammers, pliers and a tape measure.
