How to choose: brushless or conventional

  • A brushless motor has no brushes to replace, runs cooler and pulls longer runtime out of the same cell. With daily cutting the difference is obvious.
  • The conventional version costs less and is enough when the grinder comes out a few times a week.
  • 115 or 125 mm — the smaller disc reaches into tighter spots, the larger one gives more cutting depth.
  • The battery is shared across the whole 20V system, including impact wrenches and drill drivers.
