Delivery
We ship throughout the entire European Union.

Goods are shipped via reliable courier companies. After the package is sent, the customer receives a tracking number by e-mail.
Order processing time is 3–7 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Payment cards – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
- BLIK – fast transfer for customers of Polish banks
- Bank transfer – traditional transfer to the Seller's account
- Klarna – buy now, pay later
- iDEAL – for customers from the Netherlands
- Bancontact – for customers from Belgium
- SEPA Direct Debit – direct debit for customers from EU countries
- PayPal
Payment must be made immediately after placing the order. Orders unpaid within 3 business days may be canceled.
VAT invoices
We issue VAT invoices. To receive an invoice, please provide your VAT number in the order comments or contact us: contact@norvextools.eu.
Entrepreneurs registered as EU VAT taxpayers can apply for a 0% VAT rate on intra-community purchases – please contact us before placing an order.
