Terms and Conditions of the online store norvextools.eu

§1. General provisions

1. The online store available at norvextools.eu is operated by:

2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, delivery of goods, payments, the right to withdraw from the contract, and the complaint procedure.

3. Every Customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.

§2. Definitions

  • Store – the online store available at norvextools.eu
  • Seller – NORVEXTECH Sp. z o.o.
  • Customer – a natural person (adult), legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, making purchases in the Store
  • Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making purchases not directly related to professional or business activity
  • Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer made through the Store, aimed at concluding a sales contract
  • Product – an item presented in the Store, subject to the sales contract

§3. Placing orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the website norvextools.eu.

2. The condition for placing an order is correctly filling out the order form and accepting the Terms and Conditions.

3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic email confirmation.

4. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance by the Seller.

5. The seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order in case of out-of-stock items or technical errors.

§4. Prices and payments

1. Product prices are given in euros (EUR) and include VAT (gross prices).

2. Buyers who are entrepreneurs with a valid EU VAT number may apply for a 0% VAT rate (intra-community supply of goods).

3. Available payment methods: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, BLIK, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact, and other methods available at checkout.

4. Payment should be made immediately after placing the order. If payment is not made within 3 business days, the order may be canceled.

§5. Delivery

1. Deliveries are made within the European Union.

2. The order processing time is 3–7 business days from payment clearance.

3. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before finalizing the order.

4. Goods are shipped via courier companies. The customer receives the shipment number by e-mail.

5. Upon receipt of the shipment, it is recommended to check its condition in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, a damage report should be made.

§6. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract (applies to Consumers)

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.

2. The withdrawal statement should be sent to the e-mail address: contact@norvextools.eu or in writing to the Seller's address.

3. The goods must be returned unchanged, complete, in the original packaging, within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement.

4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, unless the Seller has expressly agreed to cover them.

5. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of their return, using the same payment method.

6. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to goods made to special order or clearly personalized.

§7. Complaints and Warranty

1. The seller is responsible for physical and legal defects of the goods under the terms specified in the Civil Code (warranty).

2. Complaints should be sent to the e-mail address: contact@norvextools.eu, providing the order number, description of the defect, and photos.

3. The seller processes complaints within 14 days of receipt.

4. Selected products are additionally covered by the manufacturer's warranty – details in the product description.

§8. Personal Data Protection

The principles of personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

§9. Final Provisions

1. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

2. The consumer has the right to use out-of-court complaint resolution methods (ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

3. The seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the Store's website.
