Description & Specifications

6-tonne lift capacity. 3-column stability. Compressed air — you raise a 6-tonne vehicle in 8 seconds with a single valve. Mobile wheeled design. FTools — pneumatic workshop jack for automotive service and tyre fitting, cutting turnaround time mid-shift.

▸ PNEUMATIC 6T LIFT IN 8 SECONDS — NO PUMPING REQUIRED
With a hydraulic jack you pump the lever 60–120 times. The FTools 6T pneumatic — open the valve, the vehicle rises in 8 seconds. During a tyre service shift (30–40 changes per day) you save 1–2 hours + zero back and arm fatigue. The 3-column design holds evenly without swaying — critical for safety at 6 tonnes.
▸ WARRANTY: 12 months (1 year) — FTools — manufacturer's warranty covering the pneumatic system, control valve, column body and wheels.
▸ YOU SAVE vs a comparable hydraulic 6T jack
A comparable-class hydraulic workshop jack 6T costs 900–1,200 zł + requires heavy lever pumping. FTools 6T pneumatic + 3-column + mobile = professional standard for 607 zł.

30–40 tyre changes per day. Manual pumping of a hydraulic 6T jack — 60–120 lever strokes per vehicle. After 3 days your back gives out. The FTools 6T pneumatic jack steps in where hydraulics are too slow and too tiring. Connect a workshop compressor, open the valve — the vehicle goes up in 8 seconds. The stable 3-column design holds evenly, without swaying even under full load.

Why the FTools 6T 3-Column Pneumatic Jack?

  • 6-tonne lift capacity (6,000 kg) — passenger cars, SUVs, vans, minibuses, trucks up to 6 t (Iveco Daily 35S, Mercedes Sprinter 519, VW Crafter, Ford Transit up to 5.5 t)
  • Pneumatic drive — lifting without physical effort — no more manual pumping. A workshop compressor is sufficient (min. 8 bar, output 200+ L/min)
  • Lifting time 6–10 seconds vs 90–150 s of manual hydraulic pumping. 10–15 times faster than a standard manual column jack
  • Stable 3-column design — even lifting, no swaying even at maximum load. Critical for operator safety at 6 t
  • Manual control valve — precise height control. You can stop at any position
  • Mobile wheeled design — position under the vehicle in seconds, move between tyre service bays
  • Protective rubber pad included — does not scratch sills or the vehicle floor
  • 8 bar)
  • Control: manual valve
  • Lifting time: 6–10 s
  • Construction: steel, 3 columns
  • Wheels: yes (mobile)
  • Included: jack, protective rubber pad, folding transport handle

FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions

Does the jack require a workshop compressor?
Yes — the pneumatic drive requires a compressor delivering at least 8 bar and an output of approx. 200+ L/min. Most typical workshop compressors (50 L+ tank, 2–3 hp) will handle this jack without issue. If you have a small domestic compressor — check the output.

Why a 3-column design?
A standard 2-column jack when lifting 6 tonnes can sway to one side, creating a risk of vehicle instability. The 3-column design distributes the load evenly — no swaying, full vehicle stability throughout the cycle. This is critical for operator safety with 6 tonnes above their head.

What vehicles does a 6-tonne capacity cover?
A 6-tonne capacity covers: all passenger cars and SUVs (up to 2.5 t), vans and minibuses (Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, Iveco Daily, Ford Transit, Renault Master, Citroën Jumper, Fiat Ducato — all variants up to 5.5 t), light trucks up to 6 t (Iveco Daily 35S, Mercedes Atego small). For vehicles above 6 t — our JBM 22T (1,870 zł).

How long is the FTools warranty?
The FTools manufacturer's warranty is 12 months (1 year). It covers material and manufacturing defects in the pneumatic system, control valve, column body and wheels. Together: dual legal consumer protection in the EU.

Can it be used outdoors, away from the workshop?
The jack is designed for stationary indoor use in a workshop on a flat concrete floor. For outdoor use (off-road, forest tracks, fields) we recommend the JBM Hi-Lift 3T 510 mm (426.80 zł) — a farm jack for extreme conditions.

How will the product arrive?
We deliver by freight courier in 2–3 working days. Dimensions and weight require pallet delivery or ground-floor door delivery — not a standard parcel courier to the door.

Do you issue a VAT invoice for businesses?
Yes — we issue a VAT invoice automatically. For EU businesses with a VAT-UE number, intra-Community supply without VAT is possible (reverse charge).

What if the jack arrives damaged?
Check the packaging upon receipt with the freight driver. If the box is damaged — complete a damage report with the driver and contact us the same day. We will send a replacement at our cost.
