Order Fulfillment Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within a maximum of 48 business hours from the moment they are placed and payment is processed. In exceptional cases (e.g., stock shortages, non-standard dimensions), we reserve the right to contact the customer and establish an individual shipping date.

Available Delivery Methods within Poland

• Raben Pallet Transport – half pallet – PLN 185 (up to 400 kg)
• Raben Pallet Transport – euro pallet – PLN 240 (up to 400 kg)

Once the shipment is dispatched, the tracking number is automatically sent to the email address provided in the order.

International Shipping (European Union and selected countries)

We offer pallet shipping for products with a maximum load of up to 400 kg. The transport costs provided below are indicative and are given in net amounts. Rates may change depending on:

• transport availability on a given date,
• current seasonal carrier rates,
• additional services (e.g., unloading with a liftgate, delivery to hard-to-reach areas),
• shipment parameters (weight, height, non-standard dimensions),
• for non-EU countries: customs conditions and clearance costs.

Zone 1 (Core) Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania

• Half pallet: from 60 EUR
• Euro pallet: from 90 EUR

Zone 2 (Baltic / Central EU) Latvia, Estonia, Austria, Hungary, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Denmark

• Half pallet: from 100 EUR
• Euro pallet: from 125 EUR

Zone 3 (South & Far EU – mainland) France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia

• Half pallet: from 135 EUR
• Euro pallet: from 170 EUR

Zone 4 (Remote / Islands) Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta

• Half pallet: from 190 EUR
• Euro pallet: from 240 EUR (depending on direction, up to 300 EUR)

Courier shipments: Standard packages up to 30 kg: from 25 EUR (net), depending on the country. Packages weighing over 30 kg are usually charged at the "heavy" tariff and are cost-wise similar to a half-pallet; in many cases, we recommend pallet shipping.

Personalized and custom-made products

In accordance with Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract does not apply to products prepared for individual order or according to customer specifications.

Most of our products, including tool cabinets with equipment, are manufactured based on specific configurations. Therefore, once unpacked or assembled, they are non-returnable.

Returns in exceptional cases

If the order has not yet been fulfilled or concerns standard products (e.g., empty cabinets), a return may be considered after prior contact with our team. Each case is analyzed individually.

In case of defects, shortages, or damage incurred during transport, please submit a complaint to:  

For faster processing, please provide the order number, a detailed description of the problem, and—if possible—photos.

The complaint resolution period is up to 14 calendar days.

Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of product delivery, provided that the goods have not been used, assembled, or unpacked.

Due to the specific nature of the products offered, unpacking is treated as the beginning of using the goods. In such a case, the right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, does not apply.
