The UT50MSB has a tonne in reserve and arms that extend in three stages to 1500 mm, so you can reach the pick-up points on a long wheelbase. The columns are turned 30° asymmetrically, which leaves room to open the cab doors, and top synchronisation keeps the floor clear.

Why asymmetric columns?
Turning the columns 30° moves the post out of the door line. The driver gets out normally, without squeezing between the door and the column.
