Welcome to our online store! Our mission is to provide functional solutions for organizing your workspace. Please read our conditions of purchase.
1. General Information The store is operated by NORVEXTECH SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office at: Bukowa 18, 05-850 Szeligi, NIP: 7011303920, REGON: 544268164, KRS: 0001229289. We specialize in the sale of tool cabinets – both equipped and empty. Products are available according to current stock levels. In the event of a temporary shortage, we will contact you to propose an alternative delivery date or model.
2. Placing an order and payment After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation. The order is processed after the payment is credited. All prices are quoted in Polish Zloty (PLN). Upon request, we can provide an approximate conversion into another currency.
Available payment methods: We offer the following secure payment methods in our store:

Payment cards and digital wallets (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact) – processed by Shopify Payments.

Fast online transfers and BLIK – processed via the Przelewy24 system. The entity providing online payment services is PayPro S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, at ul. 3. Shipping We deliver products within Poland and the European Union. Shipping costs and methods depend on the product type and quantity – they are visible during checkout. Every product is carefully secured before shipping. We use reliable courier companies, but we are not responsible for delays or damages caused during transport. If you notice damage to the package, we recommend writing a damage protocol with the courier.
4. Returns and right of withdrawal In accordance with applicable law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the product has not been unpacked, assembled, or used. The products we offer are specialized industrial cabinets and sets that lose their original commercial character once unpacked. Therefore:

unpacking, assembling, or using the cabinet is treated as starting to use the product,

in the event of a breach of the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return, invoking Article 38 point 5 of the Consumer Rights Act.
A return is only possible if:

the product has not been used, assembled, or mounted,
-
the original packaging is preserved (including pallets, inserts, and protective materials),
-
the customer independently organizes and covers the cost of return shipping,
-
the customer informs us by email at contact@norvextools.eu before shipping.
If traces of use, damage, or missing items in the set are found, we reserve the right to proportionally reduce the refund amount.
5. Liability We guarantee that the products match the description and are intended for typical use in workshops and factories. Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not responsible for the consequences of improper use of tools or cabinets.
6. Changes to the regulations We reserve the right to make changes to the regulations, always guided by the principles of transparency and respect for the customer.
