What is the payment and delivery process like?
Domestic shipments (Poland): We ship cash on delivery or prepaid – you can conveniently pay the courier upon receipt of the goods or conveniently on the website.
International shipments: We ship prepaid. We issue an invoice (pro forma), and the equipment is dispatched immediately after the payment is credited to our account.
Can I buy equipment in installments?
Yes, we offer the option of secure installment purchases. You can finance your order through the Allegro service or by choosing flexible Klarna payments during checkout in the cart.
What happens after I place an order?
We are committed to providing perfect service. After an order is placed, we always contact the customer to verify it. Additionally, 2 days before the planned shipment, we reconfirm the details to ensure all logistical data is up-to-date.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with an official manufacturer's warranty. If any issues with the equipment arise during the warranty period, we do not leave our customers unsupported – we provide full assistance with the complaint process and help in resolving the situation efficiently.
How long does delivery take?
In Poland, the standard delivery time is usually 2 to 3 business days. We often manage to deliver equipment the very next day – the exact time depends on the chosen carrier and the destination location.
Is local pickup possible?
Yes, we offer personal collection directly from our logistics warehouse.
What are your working hours?
We are available from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
