This document defines the rules for processing the personal data of online store users, in accordance with GDPR regulations and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

2. Scope of processed data and data sharing We only process data that the user voluntarily provides in contact forms, when placing an order, or during communication with us. The data is used to process the order, for contact, and for billing purposes. In order to process online payments for orders, your personal data (such as name, surname, e-mail address, phone number) may be transferred to the payment operator. The entity providing online payment services in our store is PayPro S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, at ul. Pastelowa 8 (60-198). PayPro S.A. becomes an independent administrator of your data to the extent necessary to process the payment, in accordance with their own privacy policy. Data may also be entrusted to other reliable technological, accounting, and logistics partners – exclusively to the extent necessary to provide the services.

3. User rights The user has the right to:

  • access their data,

  • correct, delete, or limit its processing,

  • withdraw consent to data processing (if previously granted),

  • data portability,

  • object to processing,

  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing data is voluntary, but failure to provide it may prevent the use of certain website functions or placing an order.

4. Data security We have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data. Only authorized persons have access to the data. Data is stored on secure servers compliant with GDPR standards.
