When do I really need 12.5 bar?
For truck tyres (9–10 bar), for tools requiring higher supply pressure, and where a long pipe run eats pressure on the way. For a typical car service the 8-bar version is enough — it costs the same and has more output.

Why is output lower than on the 8-bar version?
Because this machine compresses in two stages — part of the work goes into pressure instead of flow. That is normal for high-pressure equipment and follows honestly from the manufacturer's data.
