What buyer protection does this cart have?
The product is covered by the statutory EU warranty (24 months) — we are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with EU law. The Metallo brand does not provide a separate commercial guarantee, so we don't promise one in the description — instead you have full statutory protection for 24 months.
Will the cart arrive intact? I'm worried about transport damage.
We ship the cart in a reinforced box with protective filling. It's a heavy product (net weight 106 kg) — on receipt, check the packaging together with the courier. If damage is visible, draw up a damage report on the spot and write to us the same day.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is paid and carried out by courier. Due to the product's high weight and dimensions, the shipping cost is calculated when placing the order — you'll see the exact amount before payment.
Is the cart delivered assembled?
We deliver the cart largely assembled, with tools arranged in the EVA inserts. The drawers are set on runners and ready to use.
What if the cart doesn't meet expectations?
You have 14 days to return it with no reason given. Just send the product back in its original packaging — we refund the full amount within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Do you issue a VAT invoice for a company?
Yes — we issue VAT invoices for companies and private individuals. For EU companies holding an EU VAT number, a sale at 0% VAT is possible. Provide your NIP/VAT number when placing the order.
