Not every workshop is allowed to break up its floor — a rented unit, underfloor heating, a concrete slab nobody may touch. The PL-B30Y solves that differently from in-ground models: folded down it is 105 mm high, it sits on the existing floor and the lines hide under a flat cover plate. Drive up the ramps, work at 1850 mm, and when the job is done the bay is nearly flat again.

Frequently asked questions
Does the floor need preparing?
No recess is needed — that is the main difference from in-ground models. You need a level concrete floor with adequate load capacity and space: 600 mm clear all around, the control cabinet within 1000 mm of the lift. The hydraulic lines run across the floor under a flat cover plate. Ceiling height: at least 2500 mm. The installation drawing with dimensions is in the photo gallery.
What supply is required?
Three-phase 380 V (2.2 kW motor) and compressed air at 6–8 bar — the air releases the mechanical locks. Without the air line the lift cannot come off the latches. The 380 V connection should be made by a qualified electrician.
How is it different from the PL-E30L?
The PL-E30L is set into the floor (a 330 mm recess) and lifts to 2050 mm. The PL-B30Y stands on the floor with no building work at all, has a 105 mm profile and lifts to 1850 mm. Choose the E30L if the floor must stay perfectly flat; the B30Y if you cannot or will not break up the concrete.
How much is delivery?
We calculate it individually — 860 kg on a pallet, and the price depends on the country, the address and whether there is a forklift or a ramp on site. That is why the order cannot be completed in the cart: message us and we will give you the full amount with delivery and the date.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, 12 months manufacturer warranty. We issue a VAT invoice; companies with a valid EU VAT number buy at the net price.
