The trolley is delivered largely assembled — only the castors need to be fitted. Tools are arranged in foam inserts, ready to use straight out of the box.
What does delivery of a 212 kg trolley look like?
Delivery by freight carrier in 2–3 working days. We will contact you before delivery to arrange the details. Collection via loading dock available.
Does the 3-year warranty cover all 607 tools?
Yes — all FORCE tools in the set are covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. If a tool breaks during normal use — we replace it at no cost to you.
Will the impact sockets fit my pneumatic wrench?
Yes — 1/2" and 3/4" drives are standard. FORCE Cr-Mo impact sockets withstand use with any pneumatic or electric impact wrench with the appropriate drive.
Do you issue EU VAT invoices for companies?
Yes — we issue EU VAT invoices automatically. For EU purchases with an EU VAT number, an intra-Community supply without VAT (reverse charge) is possible.
What if the trolley arrives damaged?
Check the packaging on delivery with the carrier. If the box is damaged — draw up a damage report with the driver and contact us on the same day. We will send a replacement at our cost.
