Yes — the screwdrivers, combination pliers, needle-nose pliers and pump pliers in the set are certified to IEC 60900 (VDE). Each piece individually tested at 10,000V before dispatch. Safe for use on installations up to 1000V AC / 1500V DC — meets EU requirements for professional electricians and service technicians.
Is the set suitable for work on hybrids and electric vehicles?
Yes — the VDE 1000V tools in the set are suitable for work with EV and hybrid high-voltage systems (Tesla 400V+, BYD 800V+, Mercedes EQ, BMW i, VW ID., Hyundai Ioniq). Important: before working, disconnect the HV system according to the manufacturer's procedure (Service Disconnect) and hold the required SEP or equivalent authorisation for working with voltage.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
The EVERFORCE manufacturer's warranty is 12 months. It covers material and manufacturing defects in the trolley and tools. If a tool breaks during normal use — we replace it at no cost. You also have the right to the EU statutory warranty for 24 months (in accordance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC).
Is the trolley delivered assembled?
Yes — the trolley is delivered largely assembled. You just need to fit the wheels (tools included, approx. 10–15 minutes). Drawers are already mounted on slides, tools are in EVA Carbon foam modules — ready to use after unpacking.
Is the 12th drawer really empty?
Yes — the 12th drawer is intentionally left empty. It is a space for specialist tools not included in the standard set: a multimeter, test lamp, brand-specific spanners, or your own favourite tools. EVA Carbon inserts can be ordered additionally to fit your own tools.
Do you issue VAT UE invoices for companies?
Yes — we issue VAT UE invoices automatically. For EU companies with a VAT UE number, a sale without VAT at 0% is possible (reverse charge).
What if the trolley arrives damaged?
Check the packaging on delivery with the courier. If the box is damaged — draw up a damage report with the driver and contact us the same day. We will send a replacement at our cost.
