The power tools in this set (4 pcs), batteries and charger are NOT covered by UltraToolz's commercial manufacturer's warranty. However, you have the EU statutory warranty for 24 months (Directive 1999/44/EC — consumer law required across the EU). If a power tool has a manufacturing defect that appears within 24 months — you are entitled to a replacement or refund under EU law. The 316 Cr-V hand tools and the cabinet structure are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty. If you prefer a full manufacturer's warranty on power tools — we recommend buying power tools separately from established brands (Bosch, Makita, DeWalt) + our UltraToolz Pro 7/7 without power tools (2 400 zł).
What voltage and capacity are the batteries?
Detailed technical specifications of the UltraToolz batteries (voltage, Ah capacity, Li-Ion type) are available on the manufacturer's product sheet or by contacting us by email. Important: the batteries are dedicated to UltraToolz power tools — they are not compatible with other systems (Bosch, Makita, etc.).
Will 2 batteries be enough for a full day's work?
In a typical scenario (automotive mechanic with moderate power tool use): yes. While one battery is working, the other is charging. With intensive use of the angle grinder or SDS hammer (cutting sheet metal, drilling into concrete) a third battery may be needed.
How does it differ from the UltraToolz Pro 7/7 without power tools?
UltraToolz Pro 7/7 is the same cabinet with hand tools for 2 400 zł (without power tools). This set with power tools for 3 450 zł adds: angle grinder, SDS rotary hammer, impact wrench, combi drill/screwdriver + 2 batteries + charger. The 1 050 zł difference is a good price for 4 power tools — bought separately they cost 1 500–2 000 zł.
Is the cabinet delivered assembled?
Yes — the cabinet is delivered largely pre-assembled. Only the castors need to be fitted (tools included, approx. 10–15 minutes). Power tools are ready to use once the batteries are charged.
How is the 110 kg cabinet delivered?
Delivery by freight carrier in 2–3 working days. We will contact you before delivery to arrange receipt details — possible delivery via lift gate or to ground-floor entrance.
Do you issue EU VAT invoices for businesses?
Yes — we issue EU VAT invoices automatically. For EU businesses with a VAT-UE number, an intra-Community supply without VAT (reverse charge) is possible.
What if the cabinet arrives damaged?
Check the packaging upon receipt with the carrier. If the box is damaged — raise a damage report with the driver and contact us the same day. We will send a replacement at our cost.
