The FTools manufacturer's warranty is 12 months (1 year). It covers material and manufacturing defects in the chest and Cr-V steel tools. If a tool breaks during normal use — we replace it at no cost to you. You also have the right to the EU statutory warranty for 24 months (EU Directive 1999/44/EC). If you prefer a longer warranty — check out JBM or Force (3-year commercial warranty).
Are the VDE 1000V screwdrivers genuinely certified for live work?
Yes — the 8 insulated screwdrivers in drawer 10 are certified to IEC 60900 (VDE). Safe for work on installations up to 1000V AC / 1500V DC. They meet EU requirements for professional electricians. Remember to hold the relevant authorisation.
