Frequently asked questions
Does the floor need preparing?
Yes. The lift is set into the floor: you need a 330 mm deep recess for the platforms, a duct for the lines to the control cabinet (up to 1800 mm from the lift) and a water drain. The installation drawing with dimensions is in the photo gallery. Ceiling height — at least 2500 mm.
What supply is required?
Three-phase 380 V (2.2 kW motor) and compressed air at 6–8 bar — the air releases the mechanical locks. Without the air line the lift cannot come off the latches.
How is it different from the PL-B30Y?
The PL-B30Y stands on the floor with no building work at all (105 mm profile, lifting to 1850 mm). The PL-E30L needs a recess, but once lowered it disappears into the floor and lifts higher — to 2050 mm. Choose the E30L if the floor must stay perfectly flat.
How much is delivery?
We calculate it individually — 730 kg on a pallet, and the price depends on the country, the address and whether there is a forklift or a ramp on site. That is why the order cannot be completed in the cart: message us and we will give you the full amount with delivery and the date.
Who carries out the installation?
The excavation and installation are done by the customer's building or service crew — we supply the unit with documentation and drawings. The 380 V connection should be made by a qualified electrician.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — 12 months manufacturer warranty. We issue a VAT invoice; companies with a valid EU VAT number buy at the net price.
