Order processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within a maximum of 24 hours from the moment they are placed and the payment is received. In exceptional cases (e.g. stock shortages, non-standard dimensions) we reserve the right to contact the customer and agree an individual shipping date.

Delivery methods within Poland

  • Pallet transport – half pallet – 185 PLN (up to 400 kg)

  • Pallet transport – euro pallet – 240 PLN (up to 400 kg)

  • Pallet transport – oversized (XXL) – 270 PLN

  • Pallet transport – XXXL (2–3 tool trolleys) – 480 PLN

After dispatch, the tracking number is automatically sent to the e-mail address given with the order.

International shipping (European Union and countries outside the EU)

We ship products on pallets with a maximum load of up to 400 kg. The transport costs listed below are indicative and quoted net. The exact cost for the delivery country is calculated automatically in the cart. Rates may change depending on:

  • transport availability on a given date,

  • current seasonal carrier rates,

  • additional services (e.g. tail-lift unloading, delivery to hard-to-reach areas),

  • shipment parameters (weight, height, non-standard dimensions),

  • for non-EU countries: customs conditions and clearance costs.

Zone 1 (Core) Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania

  • Half pallet: 60–98 EUR

  • Euro pallet: 77–130 EUR

Zone 2 (Baltic / Central EU) Latvia, Estonia, Austria, Hungary, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Denmark

  • Half pallet: 75–110 EUR

  • Euro pallet: 100–150 EUR

Zone 3 (South & Far EU – mainland) France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia

  • Half pallet: 85–160 EUR

  • Euro pallet: 120–220 EUR

Zone 4 (Remote / Islands) Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta

  • Half pallet: 120–220 EUR

  • Euro pallet: 170–385 EUR (depending on destination)

Zone 5 (outside the European Union) United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada

  • United Kingdom: half pallet 200 EUR · euro pallet 280 EUR · oversized courier 85 EUR

  • Switzerland: half pallet 170 EUR · euro pallet 250 EUR · oversized courier 60 EUR

  • Norway: half pallet 180 EUR · euro pallet 240 EUR · oversized courier 70 EUR

  • USA and Canada: half pallet 900 USD · euro pallet 1400 USD · oversized courier 500 USD

Selected flagship models have their own lower rate to Switzerland and Norway (100 EUR) — the exact cost is shown in the cart.

United Kingdom: sales to businesses only. A company name is required at checkout; orders from private individuals are not fulfilled.

Shipping outside the European Union is an export: we charge 0% VAT, while customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient at the rates of the destination country. Approximate delivery time to the USA and Canada: 25–40 days.

Courier shipments: Standard parcels up to 30 kg: from 15 EUR (net), depending on the country (Poland: 20 PLN). Parcels over 30 kg are usually charged at the “heavy” tariff and cost about the same as a half pallet; in many cases we recommend pallet shipping.
