Pads, discs, dampers, tyre changes, paint touch-ups on the sills — for these it is more comfortable to work on a stool than with your arms above your head. The PLZ30M lifts 3 tonnes to 960 mm, folded it is 115 mm high and needs no recess. It takes up 2 × 1.8 m and does not steal ceiling height the way a post lift does.

What you will NOT do on this lift
960 mm does not let you stand upright under the car. For clutch or gearbox work, or exhaust work standing up, you need a post lift (1800–1910 mm) or a full-rise scissor lift (1850–2050 mm). We say this plainly so you do not buy the wrong tool.

How is it different from the PL-B30Y?
The PL-B30Y is full rise — 1850 mm, you can stand under the car. The PLZ30M lifts to 960 mm and costs almost half. Choose the PLZ30M for brakes, wheels and detailing; the B30Y if you need to work under the vehicle standing up.
Does the floor need preparing?
A level concrete floor with adequate load capacity is enough. There is no recess.
